About the event
Lisa and Cecile invite you to join The Space Between's Birthday celebrations with a unique fusion of mat Pilates and Nia (Neuromuscular Integrative Action). Lisa will kick off the class with a focused Pilates warm-up and gradually increase the tempo, setting the stage for a playful transition into Nia led by Cecile. Through music and movement, Cecile will guide you in creating a magical and joyful experience, calming the nervous system and promoting a sense of ease. This class is an opportunity for personal growth in a supportive community. Let's discover JOY through mindful movement, connecting our physical intelligence and stories as we express and listen to ourselves.
