About the event
Explore a harmonious fusion of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga in our collaborative class led by two experienced teachers, Eve Cunard and Tina Hopff. Discover the balance between strength and serenity as we integrate the grounding postures of Hatha with the dynamic energy work of Kundalini. Join us on a transformative journey that nurtures both body and spirit.
Tina Hopff also known under her spiritual name Sanjeet Prakash Kaur, is a yogi, a seeker of truth, a Kundalini Yoga teacher.
On her 2014 pilgrimage to Mount Kailash, under the wings of Yogi and mystic Sadhguru, Tina keenly felt her calling to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher.
This journey led her to the Mother Ashram of Yogi Bhajan in Española, New Mexico, where she trained to become a KRI qualified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Among her mentors and teachers were Nirvair Singh Khalsa, Sat Purkh Kaur Khalsa, Sat Kaur Khalsa and Jai Dev Singh. Before Tina turned to Kundalini Yoga she was an avid Hatha Yoga practitioner with over 20 years of experience.
She is a certified Naturopath, Reflexologist, Kinesiologist, Clear Light healer, and Alignment therapist. Tina combines all her knowledge in her classes and private sessions.
Eve Cunard began attending yoga classes at age 19. While at university in Brighton, England, she was swept up by the inspirational yoga of Vanda Scaravelli.
This led Eve to complete her BTEC Yoga Teacher Training at Morley College in London in 2003. After returning to South Africa in 2005, Eve taught regular yoga classes in Storms River and then in Plettenberg Bay.
She has facilitated various workshops and retreats and has worked therapeutically one-on-one with students of all ages. In recent years Eve has been influenced by the Feldenkrais Method and her own anatomy studies, practice and experimentation.
In 2016 Eve completed her Aerial Yoga teacher training and continues to turn her students’ worlds upside-down with her new passion. She remains entranced by the harmony of science and creativity that is yoga and has now been teaching for almost 20 years.
