Essential Class. Drop-in R170 or various class card options. Join Tina as she guides you through a unique exploration of meditation practices, drawing on her deep knowledge as a passionate Kundalini Yoga teacher. In Meditation 108, you’ll experience a variety of meditation styles, including silent meditation, breath meditation, movement-based meditation, and meditations incorporating chants and mudras. Each class focuses on one or two meditation techniques, giving you the opportunity to discover what resonates most with you. Experience the profound simplicity and power of Meditation. This class combines mindfulness practices and deep breathing techniques to help quiet the mind, enhance focus, and bring peace to your daily life. Through a series of guided meditations, you’ll explore how to connect more deeply with yourself and cultivate a greater sense of calm and clarity. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, Meditation 108 invites you on a journey inward, helping you reach a state of grounded awareness and inner balance. All levels are welcome.

Cancellation Policy
Drop-in bookings are class specific and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for class bookings paid with class cards. Any cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time will automatically be credited back onto the relevant class card. All bookings for classes that are not cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time will be charged in full. Class cards cannot be refunded. Please ensure you purchase the correct class card (Essential or Specialist). Please take note of your class card expiry date and attend classes before then. Therapies and private lessons not cancelled 24 hours before the booking time will be charged in full. Courses are paid for in full at the start of the course and are not refundable
