Service Description
Complimentary Class. Donations are welcome and forwarded to People of Love, a charity organisation in Plettenberg Bay. A deep visceral immersion into self/presence from 4-5pm via the art form of Qi Gong (Meditation in motion) facilitated by Richi Lubner. This will be followed by tea and Satsang, which means a gathering together for the truth or being with the truth, until 5pm. This is an informal community offering on a donation basis only. Tea, delicious date balls and yummies will be offered for sale. In the gathering/discussion of the Satsang, the commitment is to awaken, uplift and enlighten ourselves and to unmask illusions. In short, the commitment is to know truth. This starts by creating a shared intention to be together in the service of spirit, for the sake of experiencing the deepest possible level of truth. If you have despair in your heart, open it to the peaceful and mindful energy of the sangha (community of like-minded people). We don't need to stay like a drop of water. Cancellation Policy
Drop-in bookings are class specific and are therefore non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for class bookings paid with class cards. Any cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time will automatically be credited back onto the relevant class card. All bookings for classes that are not cancelled 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time will be charged in full. Class cards cannot be refunded. Please ensure you purchase the correct class card (Essential or Specialist). Please take note of your class card expiry date and attend classes before then. Therapies and private lessons not cancelled 24 hours before the booking time will be charged in full. Courses are paid for in full at the start of the course and are not refundable
